paya beach resort is the only resort we stay when we visit tioman island, the staff is friendly and able to cater for every needs, the food quality can be improved but i think worth for the price. The room is well maintained, but try to avoid the standard chalet which is near to the pond, a lot of mosquito… we stayed in deluxe chalet twice and the recent stay was in superior chalet in new wing, up to my expectation.

We are from Philippines, joined this tour via holidaygogogo tours last October, it was a pleasure trip and everything was well arranged. We liked everything about the resort except the monitor lizards near the pond in front of standard chalet. Although it poses no harm to us but the kids are afraid of them. For those with young kids, suggest to stay in the Deluxe type or new wing, the environment is better.

Stayed here in last July, won’t rate this as the best resort in tioman but we are satisfied with the resort during our stay. The swimming pool is big enough and there is a kids pool as well.

We stayed in the new superior chalet, the room is spacious and clean. The swimming pool is just a few steps away.

One thing is to improve is ther food choices and quality. If possible, pls include bbq dinner in the package as well.

Overall satisfied.
