Thanks for your message again. In case from Klang, the nearest bus terminal will be Klang Sentral, but unfortunately there is no bus departs from this terminal to Mersing. You will need to go TBS as there is daily coach departs for Mersing. Please kindly refer to this travel guide for more information.

Currently, I do not have the exact date, but planning to go on September. Is there any transportation as I am from

Yes, the 3d2n package includes 2 ways ferry, 2 nights accommodation, 2 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, 1 BBQ dinner, 2 supper and 1 snorkeling trip.
